I would happily not pay for a program that made it easy to put custom civs in the game. Would this really be that hard for someone (more knowledgeable in such things) to make? It wouldn't have to be complex, just ask a few questions, Civ name, leader name, etc. Pick a unit and building to upgrade into its civ uniques. Load a picture for leader and maybe a flag. Mix it all together and come up with an easy to add civ. If anyone knows of or has this sort of thing Please direct me toward it, Like I said I'd be More than Happy to pay for it. And yea I know there are tutorials out there but I cant seem to pull it together.

you might want to edit out the pay part... they don't like that here... and it really isn't that hard to put in new civs into the game. there are quite a few tutorials on how to do this.

Ok I wont pay for it but wouldnt it be nice to have a neat little Utility that would make this easier?
