I would happily pay for a program that made it easy to put custom civs in the game. Would this really be that hard for someone (more knowledgeable in such things) to make? It wouldn't have to be complex, just ask a few questions, Civ name, leader name, etc. Pick a unit and building to upgrade into its civ uniques. Load a picture for leader and maybe a flag. Mix it all together and come up with an easy to add civ. If anyone knows of or has this sort of thing Please direct me toward it, Like I said I'd be More than Happy to pay for it. And yea I know there are tutorials out there but I cant seem to pull it together.
