IHow would I set it in the WB save so that a civ think they declared war on another civ (so they don't think the other civ declared war on them)?:confused:

What I mean is you can select Genghis, and set him to be at war with Qin. Try doing it the other way - select Qin and set him at war with Genghis - and see if that makes a difference. anima36 May 01, 2007, 04:31 PM in the diplomacy mode changing the war/peace status just makes you at war and there are no relationship hits with either parties friends.
