I want to make my own leader head, what program do i use and what are the steps to do it???:confused:

I have a question. I got to add 2 new aztec leaderheds duplicating the Montezuma animation but, where is the montezuma folder with the nif, kf and the rest? Haven't found any in the whol civ4-W paths

Do a search for PakBuild. Use it's unpack function (PAK-menue) to unpack Assets0.fpk in Assets folder of your civ4 installation. After that you shoul have access to all files you need. BTW: I think this Thread will be moved to "Graphics Modpacks" or to the tutorial forum soon... ;)

btw: i noticed other files .fpk. Before I make a disaster, can I unpak them all?

I've unpaked them all in a different folder than the ones used by Firaxis stuff.
By the way it seems to be the best method taking what SezEreth said recently ( don't remenber where ).
