Sure.
NotA already needs happiness, EA shall need shortly.
And we have the Holy city, so intelligence from the religion and more
gold from the spread.

No, we don't need the happiness, and we can use the extra turn. And it will also give us negative diplo with Bismarck and Julius.

I'm somewhat undecided on this one. Julius and Bismarck don't really need much to make them hostile, so in that respect it would be better to spread it first before adopting it as our faith. However, it is difficult to look out the palace window every morning and see the frowning residents of NoneOfTheAbove.

They'll be happy in 5 turns when the forge is completed.

Anyway, it will be +1 happiness (and still more one if the temple is built).

With that you can increase everything, mostly hammers.

I suggest switching after the Missionary in Equus Aurum has been completed. The missionary can then walk towards NOTA during the anarchy.

Sounds reasonable, I don't think anyone needs the happiness immediately

Only NotA needs happiness now, and NotA is best served with anarchy while the missionary is walking.
