I play Warlords online with a friend of mine almost every night and we keep getting the same glitch in the game. Kublai Khan and Qin Shi Huang animations are always switched when we open they're respective Deplomacy Window. This is a minor glitch but it can be a bit of an annoyance after a while, you have to really pay attention to which one your actually doing buisness with or you can end up making a very costly mistake. Also it's probably worth noting that neither one of us have downloaded any mods or altered the game in any way other that the updates we have gotten automatically from starting hte game up. Can anyone help us fix this problem? Thanks in advance.

Can anyone help us fix this problem? Thanks in advance.The Leaderheads were swapped in the 2.08 patch. Is one of you patched to version 2.08 and the other only running version 2.00? I don't play multiplayer so I'm not sure if that is possible to do. Anyway, check these threads:
