Well my previously working Warlords Installation has gone funny, I suspect a scracthed DVD but any help appreciated.

Windows XP
Warlords on DVD nor D2D.

Symptoms

On juts trying to load the game ( not a save so cant be a mod style issue) I get the Initial Loading Splash Screen then an Error Message a la.

Failed Loading XML File XML / playeroptionsinfo.xml.

Any thoughts ?
