Poll to determine general initial goals for this upcoming war.

Destroy Napoleon - "Total War" we don't intend to stop until Napoleon is eliminated, or at least all his continental cities belong to us.

Fill out the Notch - Take Rheims and Lyons, maybe Orleans, but leave Napoleon standing

Peace now War Later - get peace with Napoleon as soon as able to... assumably only a peace that is Free or "profitable" treaty.

None of the Above

EDIT: To be clear by "Continental cities" I mean every city we don't need a Navy to take over.

He was the one who started the war,not us (I know "he" is just a machine).

So, our first goal is to defend ourselves, to survive.

Both enemy Rheims and Lyons are great threats to us, so must be taken out

off their hands (razed,IMO, but that is another story).

Orleans is their expedition station of troops, must be taken off, too.

With Orleans in our hands, territory is on our side, the gap (even without

Rheims and Lyons) closes fast, they just can threat Orleans.

But,they are likely to just have Paris, probably a good city, so go ahead and

take it,for us.

For these reasons, I shall vote, wipe Napoleon.

Best regards,

I checked before they declared war, they had about 5 cities excluding the capital if I recall correctly.

I'm concerned that a war to destroy Nappy will take too long, and too much of our resources. We're still young, and need time for growth and development. Let the effort of our citizens go towards the construction of our nation, not the needless destruction of another.

Defend our cities, bloody his nose, smack him around and take enough to "fill the notch", then tell Nappy that we're going to let him live. For a bit.
