Hey guys, I've recently come across some bad luck, and my cd drive has given out. I was wondering, I already have Civ IV installed, is there any possible way to play without the cd? Any patches or downloads or something? I really just want to play, but I can't, and it's frustrating. Just about the only game I can play is Europa Universalis II... I wish more games came with no cd patches. Anyway, any help would be grand, thanks.

That would be pointless. Anyway there are no-cd patches around and anyone capable of using Google will find them in 3 seconds. I suggest you buy a new optical drive, they are so cheap
