I downloaded this mod and it stopped the download, saying it was complete, at 27 MBs. What do I do?

What is a mirror?

a mirror is an alternative place to download the file

there should be 2 options to download now... the first is a self extracting .exe that upon clicking will do a full install... The second is a .zip file that will need to be extracted with an unzipper then run the exe and it will install. If you still having trouble I could possibly set up a new mirror soon.
