As above. I want my experience in CIV4 better, so I like to hear your comments.

I am not install DX9c in Vista. My Vista report DX10 only (I forgot how to do it, but I remember seen DX10 in Vista before).

Do you install DX9c in Vista? Did you find you can run CIV4 in Vista faster or better?

I didn't specifically install Dx9 on my vista installations for Civ4, but there are a bunch of other games that will not run unless it's installed. Doesn't seem to hurt anything and you'll have to do it eventually.
