1. On YouTube, the video works but the sound will not play. And it's not on mute either.

2. On Yahoo messenger, whenever I try to use the sound card, it says it is already in use.

These are the only two things that won't work. Everything else is okay.

Can somebody please help?

Edit: Oh wait, the article says you don't need a disk...

You can download the drivers from the manufacturers website.
Now identification, thats a different problem.
