Which type of city is a best candidate for the GT: the one with highest production or the one with high food output?

high food output. goes great in your gpfarm in conjunction with the NE. draft during war time run specialists during peacetime.

I like to put mine in my GP farm, that way the population is only limited by health. Helps maximize the number of specialists I can run. Plus since my GP farm is farmed out, it's production is worthless, so I have to whip alot to produce buildings and wonders. Also, I can let the population go way past the health limit with out to much consequences for whipping the big buildings.

Yea i agree having a GT in your GP Farm is a good idea. I just forgot to mention that my question was for the purpose of drafting.

It still goes in your highest food city (GP farm) so it can grow back quicker --> get whipped quicker --> more drafted units.

So if you want to draft out of it , it's the highest food differential. The biggest gap between food produced and food needed each turn. Or greatest ability to grow back.

Edit; and the city must have at least population 5 after the draft in order to draft in the first place.
