That's Skilords Province, isn't it?

No people, this issue was discussed before the elections. Several posts in the last week have clarified the issue. The non-physical or non-geographical borders of The Greater Cormyr were rezoned. That province no longer exists. Skilord is disabled and unable to function as a Governor. Shaitan declared the new Governors to be granted the new Province allocations before the elections. Even your proposed map for the Provincial borders blew The Greater Cormyr off the map, Grey Fox. We have just Elected three new governors to Provinces #2, 3 and 4. Even if the name "The Greater Cormyr" was kept, if Skilord were re-elected, he wouldn't be able to use the name he came up with.

Btw the way, crabapple. I have a slew of suggestions. Here are 6.

i would propose "duckistan" just to remind of theDOF... but the 2nd province is greater cormyr and i will be strictly against renaming it! so we should search for a name for province 3+, but the choice will be the future governor's (see constitution for this)

I believe your wrong disorganizer. I think we have a major debate going here. You're are trying to put a conceptual Province in geographical terms. It doesn't work.

I don't think so disorganizer. Just wait till Skilord comes back and can use that name as his new Province.

Look in the cities link and find the cities in the Province. Does this list resemble Province #2? Skilord Governed totally different cities.

but i think of it as a "province border reorganization"... so the only point would be to
a) leave one province as "greater cormyr" and have names for the others
b) cut "greater cormyr" in half, which would lead us to a "upper cormyr" and "lower cormyr".

we should handle this like in real life, and i dont know if florida would like being renamed just if the borders to texas are changed a bit (just an example)

#2: port Gisnod, New Falcon's Haven, Shailonegha, Miami, Boston, Pherris, PDX, Washington, another American city

#3: Seattle, Atlanta, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Civanatoria

#4: El-Amarna, memphis, Thebes, Byblos, Elephantine, new city that starts with C

ok. so after editing it looked better. so future "greater cormyr" would be #3? we must still have "greater cormyr"!

I'm sorry. I can't see why this is so difficult. Greater Cormyr no longer exists. 3 new Provinces do exist. Each new Province is named by the !st Governor. 3 new Governors were just elected to fill the three new Province Governor seats. They have the Constitutional right to name their Province. When Skilord comes back HE can use the name Greater Cormyr. I can't state it any clearer.

All your suggestions where very good but I think I found the name for my province and that is:
Normandy
I think it suits very good becouse it is most north of all provinces and I come from the North:)

Care to do up a build queue for your cities? At least 3 deep so they can be queued right up in the game.

Deciding what each city should build takes up a lot of turn chat time. I'm hoping these build queues speed things up. Please post your builds early so that any objections can be raised and iroed out before turn chat.:)

I like Normandy aswell, our western part of the Land even look like France! (not on the terrain, the shape), and the southern part of the world looks like Africa sortof (on the shape).

I like Normandy as well. It reminds me of those strawberry-blonde French girls on the week-end trips from Germany.........
