I followed the link in the CivAssist II thread to get the 1.1 .NET framework since it wouldn't let me install without it. I then installed .Net and successfully installed CivAssist II. But when I try to open it I get this message.

If it helps I'm running Windows Vista Basic, 3.2 Ghz P4 processor, 1 GB ram. Enough video and hard drive to run Civ 3 easily.

i dont know much about vista but you might need to be a administator to run it, or try clicking it agian, restart your computer, reinstall it.
