Evening all. On both Firefox and Explorer, when I want to watch videos on BBC, they do not work. Fair enough. They say that I need a plug in, which is currently missing. It says I need WMP 11, which I already have, but I reinstall it anyway. It still doesn't work, and it still says I need WMP 11.

What can I do?
