I have a question.

Could you teach me how to make leaderpictures so I can use them for the editor?

You need to get Jasc Software's Animation Shop 3.

The pictures you use have to be indexed color (gif format), 200 in width, 240 in height, and 121 frames (you make the frames in Animation shop by duplicating the first frame).

sure. just get a good program that you will be able to make the pics 200x240 and then get the trial version of Jasc Animation Shop.

Yesterday I learnt how to work with Paintshop a bit, so I could make all the required _CULT and _KIS.pcx files for the leaders. :)
