Citizens! The Council Members' department need to gather your votes to be able to vote in the cabinet poll on the proposed Amendment to our Constitution. Please read each article carefully and vote here to accept all options or to not accept all options:

Council Vote - Amendment to the Constitution (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=22596)

This is the draft of the Amendment. The original proposal & discussion may be found here:

Proposed Amendment to the Constitution - Citizen Discussion Thread (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=22554)

Shaitan, should the discussion thread's Constitution be synchronized?

Yes, it should, to avoid confusion. I'll update the discussion thread and document the changes from the original proposal.

Hmm, inactivity in response to polls means they can get lost in the traffic :)

That's the problem with simple polls. They don't require comments so the thread starts to fall down the forum page.

maybe important active polls (or all active) should be made sticky and unstickied when getting inactive?

I think that's a great idea. We're already set up to do it, too. Poll makers will just need to let the Mods know which thread to stick and when it should get unstuck. I use this all the time for the Council Votes.
