I want to switch russia and germany colors

Germany dark red

Russia gray

So I went to CIV4Civilizationsinfo and just did a switch between both civs. The problem is that now when I play the flags show up tainted...what I mean by that is that the german flag is all red, and the russian flag is all gray, no colors aren't showing.

What am I doing wrong? :cry:

Similar Problem here, after adding a new Civ.
I suspect it's the Alpha Channel, but that doesn't mean I know how to fix it.

Any advise?

Edit: Flag is always tinted in the SECONDARY colour as specified in CIV4PlayerColorInfos.xml

I hate to be pushy, but this can't be too difficult for anyone to solve, so please - help a modding newb a tad forward.
