Just to make sure everyone sees this, I'll post here too.

If an official or a citizen would like to see money spent in a particular way, please post it here. If at all possible, please say how much money it will cost.

I have several projects that I want rushed, although they also are dependent on changing build queues in a couple of cases. But, to give you an idea of what I would need, here they are:

Byblos - Library 48 (Currently one turn from a Pikeman, but it is one of our only two border cities without any culture)
Elephantine - Library 72 (Currenlty on Courthouse, but it is the other border city with no culture)
Justinian - Temple 220 (part of our culture assault on Byzantium and Greek cities)

Total for all these projects would be 340, which is probably more than I can get, but the first two are the priorities, as far as I am concerned.

Would the governors of the first two Justus mentioned please post your thoughts, as the cost of those is small and will probably be allocated if the queue can be changed?

In support of the Cultural Assault, we'd like to see a temple rushed in Macao as well as Justinian. Foreign Affairs would like to appropriate the funds to rush the Macao temple.

The new budget is posted. Sorry, Shaitan, I would like to wait until the next set of turns to rush that temple. I don't want to spend all of our money.

I've got 94 gold + 7 g/t lined up. If I can get that will you give me enough to rush the library? I've got 50 in the bank so would only need 50-60 more (which the 7 g/t pays back in less than a chat turn).

I did the budget by gold this time, rather than percentages. If you can get a consensus on this request, I will allow you to use the discretionary funds. I think you may be underestimating the cost of that temple, as well. Would someone who is not at work check this?
