Anyone know here I can get the dino units and stuff that were in the play the world extras folders without getting play the world? I have lost the PTW CD after reinstalling the game and Teturkhan won't play because of the missing files... (I have conquests installed though)

I know you can get dino units from teh unit library, but I don`t know about the other stuff. I`ve been trying to find the alternate horsie resource that came with PTW too..

Have you tried e-bay? A PTW disk (or even a Civ3 Complete) can typically be had for less than the price of a pizza.

Consider that while I was in the marines, I was known as Lance Colonel Lovoll.

A fake rank, as there is a Lance corporal and a Lieutenant Colonel. I joined as an enlisted man instead of an officer (despite my college) because I was a foreign national. I was later offered a commission, and declined due to the length of the contract extension.
I was called this once as a joke, and it sort of stuck. They then went back and forth between this new nick and Professor (7yrs of college). The Lance Colonel thing was because they claimed if I told god to drop and give me 20, he would just have to put the universe on hold and comply. I was the only low rank NCO (Corporal) required to attend the staff and officers meetings. I was typically given command over higher ranking NCOs (I was platoon sgt before I was a SGT, even though I had two Staff Sgt's working for me). And, I can assure you the USMC does not make selections based on how nice you are.

So, I am not sure how qualified I am to turn anyone from the darkside.

Worst use I ever put this to was to win a bet and get free beer and steak.
I was in the Tacoma Mall with 4 friends listening to some incredibly bad blending of elevatorMuzak and rap. (both of which suck). So one of my friends turned to me and said "I know I'm gonna regret this, but I will bet you dinner and all the beer you can drink that you can't get them to change this music". 15 minutes later he owed me a 20oz ribeye and brew.
