Hey guys, while playing Civ 3, I noticed that the other nations NEVER try to take over the world. I would like to change that, does anyone know how to do that?

Well, apart from setting the aggresivity in the start-up screen, you can do some other things too, but they'll just make them more likely to declare war, not more likely to actually wish to take over the world... You can try artificial blocking, and timed war declaring. But ask someone who knows better how these work. I've never used them personally, but I know they can work.

What is artificial blocking? And to everyone else, HELP:confused:

The AI will rarely try to conquer the world. They just want to make it harder for you to do so.

Well, I wish the AI was smarter. :(

Increasing the optimal city number makes the AI more territorially acquisitive.

And how would I go about doing that?

In the editor under the world sizes tab you will find optimal number of cities (corruption).
