Lets fix this game guys.

I love Civ 4, but I cant take the no-nonsense issues anymore. I am willing to help anyway that I can.

As you find issues lets Fix them.

One of the first issues I want to fix, is just common sense stuff.

A Figther Plane should never (or very rarely) loose against a helicopter!!!
Especially the more advanced fighter jets!
Same as for against regular bombers.

Someone please point me in the right direction to fix this. I know how to program in Java and in Basic (VBasic), and XHTML, ASP.

I looked for editing tools but did not find them.

Tell me where to start to fix this and also tell me what else you would like to go into common sense Balance issues.

Give the Fighters a big attack bonus against helos. You can do that directly in the XML unit file.
