This poll is part of a massive inquiry to develop our new Foreign Policy. As we move away from our expansionist phase we need to format new policies for our continuing relationships with our neighbors. There is a poll like this for each civilization.

When tabulated we will have a list of civilizations from Most Prefered Nation to Rogue State. The Department of Foreign Affairs will use this list to help determine what civs get favorable deals for Peace and ROP renegotiations, who to extort and who we will support against who. Other departments could also use this list to determine who to purchase from and who to offer things to.
