Does anyone know if BtS is going to impliment some much-needed high quality music?

I realize i can do it with my own music but i'd rather not.

Music is still one of the reasons why even though I think Civ IV is a better game because of all the new strategies, I find civ III to be more fun. In Civ III, the music went very well with the flow of the game.

Is it? Well, I still have vanilla. Does it fit in well with the flow of the game?

Yes it does. They moved the classical soundtrack to the ancient era and have the Civ III music play during the classical era. It works out well, hopefully it will stay the same in BtS and they just add extra tracks to all of the eras.

They play it in the scenarios too.

I've burned most of the Civ IV and Warlords music to disc, looking forward to more of the same in BtS.

Yeah The Chinese Unification scenario has some nice tracks which don't get played anywhere else.

Um, the People are the Heroes is sort of from Nixon in China (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nixon_in_China_(opera)), a classic of modern (actually postmodern/minimalist (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minimalist_music)) music. Say what you will about the minimalist school, if you accept the school's aesthetic, it's good, high-quality music. Of course, if you don't accept it, well, you don't like it.
