Has anyone noticed that when you are making peace the following occurs:

You offer peace in return for anything

Your initial offer is refused because its downright cheeky

You click on "What's the price of peace?"

Your previously refused offer is flashed up as acceptable.

I'm not sure it works for cities but it sure does for techs....

Yes, it's been noticed before. And it does work for cities! Not that I've ever done it, personally :blush:

Try patching to 2.08 (warlords) or 1.61 (vanilla). I just tested this in both those versions and the bug is fixed there.

Expecting anyone to catch every bug during development is crazy.
