Why can't I see the 18 Civ WOrld map on warlords? I just got it sent to me FINALLY after like 2 long months and I can't seem to find the one from regular civs...do I have to use that disc to play it? And No I can't download it because the connection here is like 14.4kbps.

I dont think there is just a map that you can play on like in civ 3... Of course, thats only because I havent bothered with premade maps.

I kind of wish there was a earth map w/ random starting locations like in the civ 3 days though, so if anyone knows how this is possible please post =D

I liked the world map in CIV 1. IIRC, Spain and Portugual were 2 tiles. You built one city for Western Europe and another for Eastern Europe and Russia.

Well when I click on single play there is scenarios and warlords scenarios and both of them have the same ones...but no world map just like omens and stuff. Is there a different way to pull this up? I'm stuck in iraq and only have warlords disc

In your Civ IV program folder there is a folder called PublicMaps. In there is the Earth 18 Civs map, Earth18Civs.Civ4WorldBuilderSave. I copied that to \Warlords\PublicMaps and renamed it Earth18Civs.CivWarlordsWBSave. Then it showed up in the Warlords scenarios. It only has the Vanilla leaders, but it does work.
