I was wondering will there be a trait change that gives a bonus to espionage
like maybe to protective (+2 espionage points per turn)
untill now only expansive will be changed the rest is unknown

Protective makes castles easier to build, and castles help espionage by giving spy GPP. Same with organized and courthouses, I think.
Philo doubles all GPP, including spy GPP.
Therefore, protective, organized and philo all help espionage. So pick a leader having two of those three traits if you want an espionage boost :)

I still expect Imperialism to get some sort of Espionage advantage, but maybe I'm being naive...
