View Full Version : 10 reasons why I won't buy BTS
Colossian Jun 28, 2007, 07:44 PM 1. No new maps
2. No fix for Air and Naval unit warfare
3. No fix for Unit production cost (it's too low)
4. No graphic speed enhancement
5. No better AI
6. No new tile improvements (ex. Land/Water minefield, No new resources, etc)
7. No new religions
8. No new civics
9. No support Win-Lose-Dis system for Multiplayers (Unofficial Ladder report system is ridiculous)
10. No new patch for Warlords
P.S.
11. No CANADA
LightSpectra Jun 28, 2007, 07:45 PM Okay.
Think you could stop posting on the BtS board, then?
Grishnash Jun 28, 2007, 07:47 PM 5. No better AI
There is better AI in BtS.
Everything else.... There is better AI in BtS.
cf_nz Jun 28, 2007, 07:50 PM 2, 3: These aren't broken. If you don't like the design decision, hard luck.
5: The AI is being improved.
lord_joakim Jun 28, 2007, 07:50 PM Read this thread. (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=228634) :)
Grimus Jun 28, 2007, 07:53 PM ???
1. Scenarios... random map generator
2. More promotions... more units
3. Don't know what to say for this one, never knew it was a problem to some... mod it?
4. I hope this is improved upon myself with all the new additions
5. The AI is greatly improved... they'll even go for culture victories now
6. I don't think there is... but forts have been improved greatly for example
7. Why more religions? They're all the same, seems to be more than enough of them. Also, one word... Corporations.
8. Nope, but I don't think it's that big of a deal.
9. That's a shame for Multiplayers
10. Probably because so much work has been put into BtS... move on to bigger, better things!
Anyway, if you don't want to buy the next expansion... that's your problem, errr, I mean decision. Heck, you bought Warlords even, why wouldn't you get this latest one?
Snoopaloop Jun 28, 2007, 08:02 PM 1. No new maps
Wrong. There are new maps. It was announced, there will be new map types
2. No fix for Air and Naval unit warfare
Wrong again. Air warfare has been changed, and there has been an increase of naval units, which will need to guard the new trade routes.
3. No fix for Unit production cost (it's too low)
Im not sure, but can't you just play epic or marathon length games, or mod some files for yourself?
4. No graphic speed enhancement
Sorry, if your computer sucks. But thats your problem. My Civ runs great.
5. No better AI
As already noted, wrong again. Blake's better AI is included.
7. No new religions
Firaxis has found that 7 religions is the optimal number. Marginal use from adding an eighth is minute.
9. No support Win-Lose-Dis system for Multiplayers (Unofficial Ladder report system is ridiculous)
I don't know anything about multiplayer.
10. No new patch for Warlords
Why care? You'd be playing BtS, not Warlords.
Points 6 and 8 are valid. I myself would not want more tile improvements (6) though. I remember in Civ3 Conquests, the new tile improvements and types were just annoying (marshes).
Try reading Methos' BtS info thread, cause many of your points are right on there.
EDIT: looks like I was to late, and other noted my arguements for me..
Underdawg Jun 28, 2007, 08:06 PM Anyone hear that?
The sound of the thread being shot down into the ground. :)
Quagga Jun 28, 2007, 08:10 PM Your statement has been noted. Accordingly, Firaxis has scaled back its sales expectations by one unit. This will figure in their quarterly earnings report. Ouch!
mice Jun 28, 2007, 08:12 PM I bet you will buy it eventually
ChrTh Jun 28, 2007, 08:14 PM 1 Reason I will not buy BTS
1. I'm asking for it for my birthday :D
chaz1356 Jun 28, 2007, 08:19 PM hmmm....I think a villiage somewhere is missing an idiot

Fanaza Jun 28, 2007, 08:42 PM I think he's joking, guys. Nobody can be this stupid.
Cheezy the Wiz Jun 28, 2007, 08:47 PM I won't buy BTS because I despise Civ IV with a passion known to very few.
Phoenix1595 Jun 28, 2007, 09:07 PM Another whining thread? Am I the only one out there who thinks this is the best xpack ever? Am I?
Kushluk Jun 28, 2007, 11:15 PM 1. No new maps
2. No fix for Air and Naval unit warfare
3. No fix for Unit production cost (it's too low)

Um... new religions? What else do you want? Scientology? A lot of dumb complaints if you ask me.
Ramesses 3000 Jun 28, 2007, 11:27 PM #1: You're a crybaby.
#2: You expected them to change the core of the game.
#3: You're a whiner.
#4: You wanted a game overburdened with superfluous garbage.
#5: You didn't read enough about all the features they did improve.
#6: Uh, you get the idea by now.
AriochIV Jun 28, 2007, 11:29 PM Bye Colossian. Won't miss you.
winddbourne Jun 29, 2007, 02:45 AM Has this guy read ANYTHING about BTS? I don't mind hearing why somebody won't buy a product I think looks cool, but at least do some research, give it some thought. This . . . was barely worth replying to. I'm sorry I had to read it.
Joe Harker Jun 29, 2007, 03:17 AM 1. No new maps
2. No fix for Air and Naval unit warfare
3. No fix for Unit production cost (it's too low)
4. No graphic speed enhancement
5. No better AI
6. No new tile improvements (ex. Land/Water minefield, No new resources, etc)
7. No new religions
8. No new civics
9. No support Win-Lose-Dis system for Multiplayers (Unofficial Ladder report system is ridiculous)
10. No new patch for Warlords
P.S.
11. No CANADA
1) I honestly think there are enough map types in the game so each one is not the same.
2) Have you read any of the previews, they added new promotions to aircraft and added a new system to deal with air combat. Naval Ships will now fight over trade routes which will make them more important
3) I think the production rate for units is fine, and if i do complain, it's because they are produced too slowly.
4) They have made the graphics better, more slick.
5) They are using Blakes better AI mod
6) Again, do we need any more resources, i remember civ 3 when there was a massive race to get all 4 stratagic resources in the late game and now there are only 2, making the game fairer by reducing the number of players that can't build certain units.
7) Again I think any more religions might upset game balance, also with the new corporation system, which is similar in the way religions work, they just have different effects, you can keep spreading your religion and corporations to gain influnce in the world.
8) What new civics would you add?
9) I let someone else answer this!
10) Again what to you mean by this?
PS 11) Canada is not a great power, live with it, yes it is a great nation, but it has never really changed the shape of the world we live in today.
Willowmound Jun 29, 2007, 03:23 AM 1. No new maps

Tristan daCunha Jun 29, 2007, 03:36 AM ???
7. Why more religions? They're all the same, seems to be more than enough of them. Also, one word... Corporations.
Yes, corporations seem to be play the role that religions played earlier in the game. And speaking of earlier in the game, the Apostolic Palace will also give new weight to the religions.
Martinus Jun 29, 2007, 04:03 AM Geee, and not even a single point about HRE being in?
I'd post 10 reasons why I don't care why you wouldn't buy BtS, but can't be arsed.
Charles Martel Jun 29, 2007, 04:31 AM I'd post 10 reasons why I don't care why you wouldn't buy BtS, but can't be arsed.
10 Reasons Why I don't Care Why Martinus doesn't Care why Colossian wouldn't buy BtS
1. Well… it's hard to think of anything. I just don’t care, that’s it. No particular reason.
2-10. ditto
PS
11. No CANADA perhaps?
smith-b-d Jun 29, 2007, 05:17 AM hmmm....I think a villiage somewhere is missing an idiot
If the village idiot of every village got together to form a village, he'd be the idiot of that village.
Fanaza Jun 29, 2007, 05:26 AM You guys are proving yourself to be a bunch of village idiots by replying to satire like you are....
Willowmound Jun 29, 2007, 05:31 AM Satire!
Ye gods...

troytheface Jun 29, 2007, 06:46 AM No patch for warlords? Warlords suxed if you ask me. The second expansions
(Civ3/4) were lame o . Hoping BTS will be like Conquests (in its completion of it's original formula).
lionheart Jun 29, 2007, 06:49 AM Um... new religions? What else do you want? Scientology? A lot of dumb complaints if you ask me.
Actually, General Polytheism (for the Greeks, Romans and Egyptians) and Zoroastrianism come to mind as new religions, but I'm sure those can be modded in..
As for this whole thread, it's hilarious guys! And that includes the original poster..
Doomed_UK Jun 29, 2007, 06:54 AM Remember, cuddle a troll today!
Psyringe Jun 29, 2007, 06:57 AM Q: What's a good sign for the quality of an expansion pack?
A: You see someone struggling to find reasons against buying it, and failing hard because he can only come up with reasons that are either factually wrong, or plain silly to begin with.
Tsukasa Jun 29, 2007, 07:00 AM cant believe so many post in a troll thread
... ups, why i'm posting here??
Willowmound Jun 29, 2007, 07:02 AM Oh no! I posted again!
TheLastOne36 Jun 29, 2007, 07:06 AM This is the kind of person that will wait a few months for the reviews and patches to come in and then buy it. New members, Review your homework now ;)
Watiggi Jun 29, 2007, 07:21 AM Surely this thread is spam. Why does it still exist?
Willowmound Jun 29, 2007, 07:24 AM We have grown fond of it.
Civinator Jun 29, 2007, 07:28 AM 11. No editor
12. No fixed landarty
...but on the other side may be I buy it, so that I can tell you how bad it really is.:D
Colossian Jun 29, 2007, 10:57 AM Artificial Intelligence
Automated units are now much improved and will listen to the city governor, i.e. if commerce is the focus the automated workers will focus on commerce improvements.
Sounds great! Thanks Methos. Glad to hear that.
LlamaCat Jun 29, 2007, 11:16 AM 1. No new maps
someone correct me if I'm wrong but I could swear I read somewhere that they definitely will have completely new map scripts in BTS. I thought Sirian was actually working with them on that.
Andrew_Jay Jun 29, 2007, 11:21 AM 1. No new maps
someone correct me if I'm wrong but I could swear I read somewhere that they definitely will have completely new map scripts in BTS. I thought Sirian was actually working with them on that.
I think I heard them say they were working on map generation. Same options, but the result would be better looking maps.
Anyone hear that?
The sound of the thread being shot down into the ground. :)
All I hear are the sirens of the Whaaaaaaambulance.
SkUlLSmAsHeR Jun 29, 2007, 11:22 AM About half the things u just said are included in the game, and no one cares that you dont want to buy it. The people here in the forum want to buy it. I CANT WAIT FOR IT!!!!!!!!!
spawnofthejudge Jun 29, 2007, 11:55 AM Yay troll threads. I wonder what exactly trollers are looking for when they know exactly the kinds of responses that they're gonna get. Plus, don't they know they make us feel better by whacking their silly post into the ground?
:hammer::hammer::hammer:
Soneji Jun 29, 2007, 12:05 PM Am I the only person that thinks mods here are pretty un reactive to this?
I'm saying that in the couple of months I've posted here, read for a while before.
Please use the 'report post' function when you come across a troll or spam thread like this. It helps us out since we can't cover every post of every thread on CFC.
Willowmound Jun 29, 2007, 12:22 PM Maybe they're enjoying it.
dh_epic Jun 29, 2007, 12:29 PM 1. No new maps
2. No fix for Air and Naval unit warfare
3. No fix for Unit production cost (it's too low)
4. No graphic speed enhancement
5. No better AI
6. No new tile improvements (ex. Land/Water minefield, No new resources, etc)
7. No new religions
8. No new civics
9. No support Win-Lose-Dis system for Multiplayers (Unofficial Ladder report system is ridiculous)
10. No new patch for Warlords
11. No monkeys
I've officially decided to boycott any game that doesn't feature monkeys. I can't imagine how it could be worth it to buy a game that doesn't include every specific demand I want.
Colossian Jun 29, 2007, 01:06 PM 1. No new maps
I've figured Siran is working for modifing the old maps. No new maps and No new resources are one of the concepts of BTS. Take a look at this;
Will there be new resources?
<alexman> No new resources, but old resources are now more important because of corporations.
<alexman> No new maps, but old maps are now more important because of new civilizations.
Are there any plans or projects beyond "Beyond..."? Civ5? Alpha Centauri 2? Another expansion?
<FXS_JonShafer> we are always working on something cool
<FXS_jsmith> there are always plans. heh
<FXS_JonShafer> but you won't hear about it here, sorry
Firaxis will add some new resources in Civ5 or Beyond........
TheJopa Jun 29, 2007, 01:43 PM Just what is the point of adding more resources?
You can get more than enough happiness if you control all the luxuries already, so that happiness buildings matter very little, except in huge cities. So no more luxury resources please, unless basic mechanic of the resources changes. Same with health resources. And would adding more strategic resources make the game better? I don't think it would, I think Firaxis hit the right balance with number of strategic resources to use.
More doesn't mean better.
EDIT:
Aren't maps randomly generated? You just want more map scripts? If this x-pack will be bad it's because it will fail at critical points- espionage, corporations can be unbalanced, buggy, unuseful, not fun... But not because it will lack easily download-able maps and map scripts.
EDIT 2:
What new maps would you like to have in? Could you post an example?
manu-fan Jun 29, 2007, 01:49 PM One reason I won't be buying BTS:
It won't be available for the MAC for a while :)
Cheers.
Mewtarthio Jun 29, 2007, 09:51 PM 12) No lava stage. What sort of video game doesn't have a lava stage? Even the fantasy mod is some crummy ice thing!
13) They included the Holy Roman Empire, creating a horrific taint that has spread throughout the entire code. Not even modding the HRE out will be able to save the disk. We must kill it with fire.
14) No Hitler. Why is Hitler never in these games? It's not as if Firaxis would be opening the door to massive controversy for no real effect or anything.
15) They cut Superrobo. Now Superrobo will never be repaired. Curse you, Firaxis! Robots can learn to love!
guyfamous Jun 29, 2007, 10:48 PM Thank you OP for helping me get rid of the "you haven't posted" notice.
I am agreeing with everyone else... don't let the door hit you on the way out of the forum.
Does that work?
nimling Jun 29, 2007, 10:49 PM 1. I'm po'.
winddbourne Jun 30, 2007, 03:15 AM P.S.
11. No CANADA
As a Michigander I can tell you Canada is part of our American civilization and America has been in for a long time. We even use some Canadian Currency, mostly change, and people in Detroit often work in canada, or live there and come to Detroit to work.
Why do you think they never use the United States flag? It's not the civilization USA, it's the civilization of America. Or perhaps more specifically North America.
So no, your not going to see a special "Canada" civ, probably ever. Deal with it. There won't be a USA one either.
IronCrown Jun 30, 2007, 04:39 AM They don't use the flag because even they being probably mostly Americans know that a US flag in 4000 BC would be quite ridiculous, given the fact that that nation has been around for a mere 231 years.
And what would Canada be like in the game? Hm, their UU would be the lumberjack (replaces worker). He gets a 25% bonus for chopping. And the UB would be the log house, a special improvement like a hut that can be built in tundra and ice :D
No idea for a leader, though. Did Canada ever have one known outside of its borders? Or even within?
injeKT Jun 30, 2007, 08:10 AM 1. No new maps
2. No fix for Air and Naval unit warfare
3. No fix for Unit production cost (it's too low)
4. No graphic speed enhancement
5. No better AI
6. No new tile improvements (ex. Land/Water minefield, No new resources, etc)
7. No new religions
8. No new civics
9. No support Win-Lose-Dis system for Multiplayers (Unofficial Ladder report system is ridiculous)
10. No new patch for Warlords
P.S.
11. No CANADA
Totally agree with the Win-Lose system for MP. The sky truly is the limit with this but Firaxis has dropped the ball TERRIBLY on this subject. Look at what games like CnC3 or Warcraft 3 have done! Video games as a 'sport' is HUGE right now. Logging in, playing a game, then logging out just doesn't cut it. And yes, the ladder report system is ridiculous...no matter how much they hype it up.
aelf Jun 30, 2007, 03:04 PM 16. No I-WIN button
17. No Better Player program
18. No Giant Death Robots in the epic game. I want Transformers kicking my enemy's ass.
19. No new planet scripts - Mars at least would have been nice
20. Weak nukes not fixed
21. Nukes still cause Global Warming and not Nuclear Winter
22. Environmentalism does not stop Global Warming
23. The game is still extremely difficult without exploiting animals
24. No nudist Ecotopia civic
25. Still no option other than to play as humans
I could think of more.
PS: 26. No POLAND or uber samurai SECOND JAPANESE LEADER. How do you Pole dance or make sushi like this?
Lillefix Jun 30, 2007, 03:35 PM 18 is inncorrect. You can actually have GDRs in the epic game now.
rabidveggie Jun 30, 2007, 03:49 PM Tell a Canadian that they are a part of America and you will get a rather rude response. In fact our whole identity is that we are not American. Though are currency is almost the same except we use coins for 1$, and 2$ cause we like to preserve our lush forests. We have a similar culture although our ethnicity is much more diverse and we have two official languages, we don't follow the whole melting pot idea. We also, and this may come as a shock to you, like Hockey. As for great leader that is internationally known I should think Lester Pearson should be known since he was the main player in resolving the Suez Canal crisis and put forward the idea of the UN force, although sadly today Canada plays a much smaller role in the UN.
Why do I prattle on about Canada in a forum regarding why someone won't buy the game? Because nobody cares. ;)
Lillefix Jun 30, 2007, 03:57 PM In fact our whole identity is that we are not American.
That's sad, seriously. Had me laughing, though.
Vertico Jun 30, 2007, 04:07 PM 1. No new maps
2. No fix for Air and Naval unit warfare
3. No fix for Unit production cost (it's too low)

9. No support Win-Lose-Dis system for Multiplayers (Unofficial Ladder report system is ridiculous)
10. No new patch for Warlords
P.S.
11. No CANADA
The other solutions is to buy of of russian cracked copy for 2,5 euro! There will be plenty of them here, so maybe this time it is an option not to buy original version?
btw! I like Russian ignorance of copy rights or patents . You can copy everything you want and sell it even in shop hehe. Best crackers have even other crackers who are copying their copies - just free market.
heljik Jun 30, 2007, 05:47 PM Sitting here with a vintage AMD XP1500 with a Geforce 5200fx trying desperately to get Warlords loading....
Mewtarthio Jun 30, 2007, 10:20 PM Tell a Canadian that they are a part of America and you will get a rather rude response.
Ever notice how everyone outside of North America claims that "America" refers to the Western Hemisphere?
dazman92 Jun 30, 2007, 10:28 PM 12) No lava stage. What sort of video game doesn't have a lava stage? Even the fantasy mod is some crummy ice thing!

15) What? What? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
rebakan Jun 30, 2007, 10:54 PM Sorry to bother you guys, does anybody know when Bts will be on sale here in Japan and which is the minimal pc system requirements to play it? I'm afraid my computer won't run Bts.Thanks in advance.
PS: I already looked for in other threads and did not find the answer, about pc system.if this is the wrong thread to ask about it, I do apologise.
TheJopa Jul 01, 2007, 03:19 AM EDIT 2:
What new maps would you like to have in? Could you post an example?
I'm really interested in this.
@ Rebakan

512 MB RAM
128 MD Video Card w/ DirectX 8 support (pixel and vertex shaders)
DirectX 9.0c compatible sound card

That is official report but you will actually need somewhat better PC if you want to play huge maps with lots of civs and without lagging in latter stages.
marciv Jul 01, 2007, 03:50 AM I won't be buying BTS, It was pre-ordered on father's day by Marciv the younger!
kristopherb Jul 01, 2007, 05:29 AM Sitting here with a vintage AMD XP1500 with a Geforce 5200fx trying desperately to get Warlords loading....
now thats a good reason not to buy BTS.
Willowmound Jul 01, 2007, 05:35 AM It's a good reason to buy a new computer...
akadyer Jul 01, 2007, 06:29 AM coming from the world of warcraft forums i can say please dont feed the trolls it will only encourage them
Willowmound Jul 01, 2007, 11:32 AM This one is a pet troll.
aelf Jul 01, 2007, 12:48 PM 18 is inncorrect. You can actually have GDRs in the epic game now.
Huh? Where did you get this rubbish from?
Colossian Jul 01, 2007, 01:22 PM Do you think it's enough to be called BTS?
Considerable content has been added to the modern era.
New Technologies:
Classical Age
Aesthetics: Fills the space between writing and literature and drama.
Renaissance
Military Science: Allows new promotions
Modern Age:
Advanced Flight: Lies between Flight and Stealth and allows players to build gunships and jet fighters, obsoletes Stables.
Laser: Allows for construction of Mobile SAMs and Mobile Artillery.
Superconductor: Allows for Laboratories and certain spaceship parts.
Stealth: At the very end of the tree and opens up the chance to build stealth units.
These are not the new Technologies. It's already in Warlords.
Lillefix Jul 01, 2007, 01:41 PM Huh? Where did you get this rubbish from?
From here http://www.2kgames.com/civ4/beyondthesword/
Look under Scenarios=>next war
It's an option though
TheJopa Jul 01, 2007, 01:46 PM Espionage? Corporations? Events?
It's like you called Civ4 bad because it was just civ 3, except boosted graphic.
The Flame Jul 01, 2007, 02:20 PM Let's see now...
1. No new maps - use fractal setting, or world editor. There will be new scenarios with new maps though.
2. No fix for Air and Naval unit warfare - they seem fine to me
3. No fix for Unit production cost (it's too low) - same as above
4. No graphic speed enhancement - my game has great graphics speed. It must be your computer.
5. No better AI - AI is being improved
6. No new tile improvements (ex. Land/Water minefield, No new resources, etc) - the fort has been upgraded. What new tile improvements would you want anyways?
7. No new religions - 7 religions aren't enough for you?
8. No new civics - similar to above, we have enough civics. Some civics will be changes slightly though (i.e. state property won't allow corporations)
9. No support Win-Lose-Dis system for Multiplayers (Unofficial Ladder report system is ridiculous) - I'm not into MP so I'm not sure what you're talking about
10. No new patch for Warlords - I don't have Warlords (epic game content will be included in BtS though :))
P.S.
11. No CANADA - edit a civ to create Canada
beat that! ha! (sorry I just needed to do that)
Colossian Jul 01, 2007, 05:32 PM 16. No I-WIN button
17. No Better Player program
18. No Giant Death Robots in the epic game. I want Transformers kicking my enemy's ass.
19. No new planet scripts - Mars at least would have been nice
20. Weak nukes not fixed
21. Nukes still cause Global Warming and not Nuclear Winter
22. Environmentalism does not stop Global Warming
23. The game is still extremely difficult without exploiting animals
24. No nudist Ecotopia civic
25. Still no option other than to play as humans
I could think of more.
PS: 26. No POLAND or uber samurai SECOND JAPANESE LEADER. How do you Pole dance or make sushi like this?
27. No resource trading option (NTT is good, I want NRT. Without NRT, Corporations will be nerfed)
Will there be new resources?
<alexman> No new resources, but old resources are now more important because of corporations.
AI trades with AIs during the always war option is on.
Colossian Jul 01, 2007, 06:34 PM Expansive Trait now only grants a 25% bonus to worker production instead of 50%.
28. Expansive trait is ruined. (It stinks. Do you think 50% is overpowered?)
winddbourne Jul 01, 2007, 06:43 PM #1 reason not to buy BTS
Unconfirmed rumours that they replaced both Tokigawa and Isabella with a new Colossian leaderhead!
Seriously you don't want to play civ, go play "Space Empires V" or something. Some of us are buying the expansion because . . . we like the game.
Colossian Jul 01, 2007, 06:50 PM Deleted....
Colossian Jul 01, 2007, 06:50 PM we like the game.
Agree.
29. You like to pay money for Official Mod Pack for $29.99.
TheJopa Jul 02, 2007, 02:56 AM 27. No resource trading option (NTT is good, I want NRT. Without NRT, Corperations will be nerfed)
What doest that mean? And you already decided that corporations will be nerfed without every playing BtS. (corperations?-I suppose you mean corporations- might as well mean cooperations)

Look under Scenarios=>next war
That's not in the epic game.
thenooblet22 Jul 02, 2007, 10:23 AM These are not the new Technologies. It's already in Warlords.
Warlords, which I bought, didn't have any new technologies. So these are indeed unique for the Beyond the Sword expansion pack.
If you don't like all of the features they are giving to you, which is including Warlords, then don't buy it. You're just an example of a person who will never be satisfied. We don't need a pointless thread to hear you rant.
Danielos Jul 02, 2007, 10:25 AM That's not in the epic game.
Yes it is. You can mod it in.
Most about this expansion looks exceptional! My only gripes are:
* We got privateers, but I still miss the coastal raiding pirates from Civ 1-2
* No new resources (I want seals, peat, tobacco and rubber back!)
* No new terrain improvements!
* No new animals (how about crocodiles, snakes, sharks and giant squids?)
* I also miss some military units (Dreadnought, biplane, Super Battleship, Super Carrier)
* More naval/air promotions (Torpedo, Carpet Bomber, ASW, AA)
Say_my_name Jul 02, 2007, 10:53 AM * No new animals (how about crocodiles, snakes, sharks and giant squids?)
If a wolf has Strength 1, how much strength would a snake have? And what should a shark do? Ram your boats until they sink?
