Are sea colonies implemented in Visa 3.1 yet? Im currently facing this problem where there is no button for me to build a new city on the ocean/coast tiles with my sea settlers. I enabled sea colonies at the start of the game and im playing a MP hotseat game. Does anyone know what the problem is?


Or maybe someone can enlighten me on how to build a sea city or how to use a sea engineer?

You have to enable Sea Colonies in the Custom Game screen before starting the game just like all the other Firaxis game options.

You need to be 3-4 squares next to your cultural border and have Methane inside your new cities radius.
