...but can't find what I'm looking for. I accidentaly started a game without the DCM Ranged combat checked. I swear I saw instructions for how to enable it midgame, but can't find them now.

So, is this possible? If so, how?

It was posted in our v2 modpack thread....

Enabling DCM Ranged Bombardment AFTER starting a game is possible thanks to the directions of chipper_30:
1) Go in WorldBuilder
2) Save it
3) Edit it with a text editor and add Option=GAMEOPTION_DCM_BOMBARD in the options
4) Reload it and continue your game
