Where should we build our newest city?

We have a settler in Lutetia and it's headed for province #5.

Should we build on the hill where the blue dot is, in the jungle on the river bend or someplace else?

SKILORD has been acclaimed governor of province 5. What will he name the province?

What will our new city be named? I think Chiefpaco is the highest ranking in the CoC who hasn't yet named a city.

Although I like both the blue and the red spots. I would probably place it on the hill, one tile SE of the pike. There it would still catch the incense without having to expand it borders and would catch more grassland once the jungle is cleared. I would choose the hill (as opposed to the jungle) as leaving the grassland open would supply the city with more food than the hill.

I like Cyc's idea, as it would immediately put pressure on the borders of that nasty green spot to the north....

I went for the red dot. We could potentially culture jack the saltpeter and the incense. Not that we need either, but the greeks and romans might need it after we grab it.

How about if we just have it join Lutetia for now and increase it's pop (hopefully helping with the CAP).
