Well, as Disorganizer proposed, I plan to organizer a candidate chat. Two Orders of business for preperation

A.) Which Positions should be included?

B.) What Time?

Disorganizer suggested that we only include the Presidential candidates and maybe the Demoestic.

I originally suggested 7:00 pm EST (24:00 GMT), but Eyrei can't make that, he can only make weekdays noon-2pm.

I plan to organize it by alloting a certian amount of time for each position's candidents to be asked questions. (i.e. give Presidential candidents 1 hour, and Domestic the next hour).

If things get to hecktic I may reserve the right to devoice everyone except candidates and voice people who want to speak by side requests. (however I neither want to do this, nor do I think it will be neccicary).

and dont forget to log the session ;-)

That time is good for me.:D

I could make noon to 1 EST on the Java client.

I can make it anytime during the normal workday, EST, but might have to leave suddenly since I am at work.

We could just start threads for these.....

For me, around 7-9 PM, give or take an hour.

23:00 PM-8:00 AM GST would be great for me. :)

I would think if all candidates utilized Shaitan's "The Inquisitors" thread and then laid out a basic platform as Eyrei suggested, it would streamline the live debate, where confirmation and short statements would be the meat of the debate.

Do we really need a "live" debate? or could we just continue to do this in the forums, like with the Inquisitors, any questions that people want to be asked, can be brought up there?

I would prefer a forum-based debate, since most of the chat times discussed would be during my work hours. Also, it will allow everyone to see the answers more easily, a lot of people don't like reading through chat logs.

That should be interesting.... seeing all of them throw mud at each other :) .

They can also throw chili, cheese, tomatoes, oranges, pasta, hamburgers, and also anything that is hard adn sharp .

I prefer throwing rigatoni. But I cook it al-dente so it still stings.
