hey all, i have a question- ive used search and cant find the answer- okay here it is: Is it possible to use other unit animations on a NEW model? cause i cant animate for crap and so far noone seems to want to help, so im just gonna try this myself. like can i use the marines animation on a new, self created model?

You'd have to rig it correctly (don't ask me about it), but theoretically, yes.
