The option 'regenerate map' just isn't available on epic, custom games for Next War (haven't tested the other mods), while it should be! Naturally it should be turned off during the scenario, but you should always be able to reload a map in normal single player games when you want to.
(for the record: it works fine in the non-modded version of BtS)

Presumably, since the mod is orginally made for the scenario, regeneration has been disabled.

Do you start Next War (haven't tried it yet) in Contact with other Civilizations? If so, Regeneration doesn't work. I think if you start next to another civ in the Epic Game Regeneration is disabled too.

Nope, didn't start next to another civilization. I'm pretty sure what wilboman says is correct, but still it shouldn't be that way for an epic game.

Just as a Gee Whiz for reference comment, regenerate map does work in Advanced Start games. If you don't like the map, begin the game and the regenerate option is available. Building one city in the red circle minimizes the potential for encountering a civ and disabling the option...

I have the same issue. Although, I'm running the mod via the custom assets folder. Anyone know where to track down the ability to implement it in game if it was indeed disabled?
