I, Jan van Riebeeck, am declaring myself the leader of the Free Empire of France.
I would like to envite all nations to join with me in peace and other negotiations as my country and its people me no harm.
Yet, I urge the Leader of Germany to engage in talks with me urnestly, as my people are starving and demand more resources. I would like to discuss a possible pact to include the area West of the Rhine and South of the Netherlands into the French Empire.
Note to all nations: France will soon be changing to a Socialistic and democratic Government. Therefore we are eager for diplomatic ties.
