I'm playing the Final Frontier Demo, and when you select which leader to play as, The first guy, Hector Alvarez is completely pink aside from his eyes and mouth. It's only him that apears like that and he stays like that for the entire game.

I'm sure he shouldn't look like that because he doesn't look like that in his thumbnail screen.

Click on "start" then "run"
Type in dxdiag.exe and hit enter.
When it has finished loading, hit the Save all information button to save the info as a text file. You can then paste that here, or attach it as an attachment.

I suggest that you try updating your video card drivers to try and fix it.

I'm sorry, I'm not on that computer currently, but it says that I do have below minimum requirements for that computer. How would I update my video card drivers?

If you post your directX summary (as per the instructions) then I can see what video card you have, and give you details on how to update the drivers. :)
