1 Whip a harbor
2 Change civics
3 Game displays a negative amount of turns until the harbor is complete

[edit] The -20 is the same as the amount of hammer overflow, might be a coincidence.

This makes sense, when the 0 hammers are being produced the "turns till production" reflects how many more hammers are needed.

And it might be because you are in anarchy as well.

Do you have a save from immediately prior, or just after this?

Sure, here it is.

This also happenes in warlords and Vanilla.

The game "acts" as tho you produce 1 hammer a turn while in anarchy, then takes the number of hammers needed minus the number of hammers build up... If you have 80 hammers invested in a 100 hammer building it will say 20 turns left. If you have 120 hammers it will say -20.

Actually it shouldnt say either, but rather N/A or something because you are not actually producing the 1 hammer.

So if this is a bug.... please also have it fixed for the other 2 versions??

Agree with the previous speaker. No need to litter bug-report section with such things.

The important thing in all versions about anarchy is that while you're there the resistance turns for captured cities aren't freezing and still go on.

Amazing, I feel so welcome, thank you oh mighty king Lexad...

It's a bug, maybe minor, maybe not worth fixing, but still... a bug which I reported in the bug-report section.

This is a solution to "wanting it yesterday!"

the whole point of this thread and others is for people to post their thoughts and if others want to confirm it's a bug or not a bug, that's great. but he is not littering the thread, people need to feel welcomed to post their questions without others attacking them just for the sake of trying.
