Nature of Bug:-Ai approaches you, and makes an offer.You click care to negotiate. Ai is now unwilling to trade their original offer. Clear tables. Say "what will you give me for this?". They repeat their original offer. Small but annoying.

2) Won't now accept 156358

3) Will accept again while exactly the same 156359

That is annoying indeed. I had the same thing while I was still playing Warlords. I supposed that it was rather a "take it or leave it" kinda offer, that doesn't leave any room (possibility) to try to bargain.

I've seen something like this too, but only in Warlords. I refuse to help even firendly civs, and i'll trade with anyone despite their relations with my other friendly civs, so everyone always hates me... I've seen it a lot where the computer wants to trade me a tech for a tech, i click negotiate (because my tech is worth way more and i want 2 techs), and said AI tech appears in red and is not available for trade anymore. Perhaps it happens when the civ who offers you the trade hates you but wants a tech you have and has no other options? Perhaps they are willing to offer you a trade in desperation to get your tech, but ordinarilly wouldn't trade you the tech out of not liking you enough. Just a theory.

i can confirm this bug too. It happened to me several times. Annoying and should be corrected imo.
