Automated workers builds forts on resourses outside my city border (but inside my border). They seem to think that the forts works like a mine, camp etc - but it do not.

Automated workes dont want to build railroad on ever road. Many roads are ignored.

Mine on uranium doesnt harves the resource.


PS: do forts on 1 plot islands with hills out side your borders work correctly?

1. Forts do act as mines/camps/etc. inside your border in the normal game and I'm pretty sure it's the same with the Next War mod since it only expands the standard game.
2. Maybe they prioritize? It's not necessary or useful to put a railroad everywhere, after all, and as long as they have other stuff to do...
3. Are you sure you got the right technology? Uranium shows up on the map before you can actually mine it. (Physics vs. Fission)
