So I was recreating my modifications to Warlords last night after losing them all in a reformat. Upgraded all the way to 2.13 first. Almost all of my tweaks took except for one. I can't seem to effectively change leader traits.
For instance, I tried to change Saladin from "protective" (lame trait IMO) to "aggressive." I changed this in the leaderheadinfos file. No dice. When selecting the leader during the process for starting a new game, it looked like all was well, but once the game actually started, Saladin is still protective. So I went back and scoured the trait entirely from the XML files. From the trait infos, building infos, etc. IT IS STILL IN THERE WHEN A NEW GAME STARTS.
Can this really be hard coded in the new patch now? Is there something I'm missing?
