While playing the dutch on an Archipelo map I noticed this....

The Workboat travelles over the ocean tile which is not within my culture.
Unpatched BtS.

Yep, I realized today that once you have astronomy a workboat can do this...
I searched the "BTS Features" for this but couldnt find it, ergo thought it was a bug...
Today I found it in the workboat entry of the pedia:
Cannot enter Ocean untill Astronomy

Yeah, workboats are suddenly being used for scouting. Really strange.

For a work boar civilopedia is correct.
But for a Galley ( maybe other ships also ) it simply says : can not enter Ocean. Civilopedia correction is needed for Galley.

No, galleys can't enter ocean, even with astronomy.

Tho I wonder... Galleys dont seem to be able to get onto ocean tiles inside friendly borders or Hostile borders, therefor cannot pillage ocean placed fish or such...
Scouting with a workboat, like we humans dont do that??? I was happily surprised to see an AI scouting with its workboat... to bad tho it had unneted fish inside its borders....
