So what are the new attributes of each difficulty level? What does the AI receive as you increase the difficulty?

I think I read somewhere that all happiness and healthiness modifiers are standardized on all difficulty levels now. Also, that AI's don't receive some of their old bonuses anymore. So what exactly do they get now? What exactly does the human player get now (as in penalties)?

I was mainly concerned with these 3 difficulty levels since I usually play Prince:

Noble
Prince
Monarch

I know there's a file somewhere that I can try and look this stuff up, but I guess I was never meant to be a programmer because staring at those lines of code gives me a headache!
