If implemented, this would not eliminate the At-Large Council positions.

A new poll should be posted for each vote. This was my intention when I suggested these positions many weeks ago.

I agree, but this poll is to require the Cabinet Member that posts a Cabinet Vote to immediately post the Citizen Poll. It would eliminate the "lag" between when the Cabinet Vote is posted and when one of the At-Large Councilors sees it.

The poll could be posted by anyone. Maybe the person who posts the cabinet poll should also immediately post the citizens poll for the at-large ministers? It does need to be posted, as people's opinions may change, and they should have the oppurtunity to change their vote.

Correct, so it should be posted by the Council Member who posted the Council Vote or an At-Large Councilor.
