I don't know if its a bug, or perhaps I don't understand the function of the Apostolic Palace!

When I build the Apostolic Palace, there are of course Elections. But there are always only elections for the head of the palace possible!!!!! I am always elected as head of the palace but this is the only election possible!!!!! There were NEVER other kinds elections(like holy war etc.)!

Can anyone explain that to me, is this a bug or not?

Obviously there are prerequisites for Resolutions (the resolution to stop war against you for example requires that your atacker is a voting member in the AP).

Obviously you haven´t met the prerequisites for any resolution yet, so just be patient ;)

To get the diplomatic win resolution, the rumor is that every nation must have at least 1 city with the religion.
