Okay, im playing Germany on Rhye's and Fall and the year is 1733. For a historical victory i need to control Rome, Greece, and France by 1780 or something close. And I need to control Russia, England, and Scandinavia by 1940.

My question is: What is considered the lands of Rome, Greece, England, France, Russia, and Scandinavia?

Is Rome just Italy or are we talkin Rome at its peak?
Is England just the island?
HOW MUCH OF RUSSIA DO I NEED? ALL OF SIBIRIA?

I believe you need to control Italy, the british isles and European Russia. the most important point is for you to have more of their land than they do.
