is there a way to combine mods please?

I'm interested in trying the terraforming mod for instance but would hate to give up the Nextwar mod.

Yes it is possible to combine MODs. It can take alot of time and requires at the least a knowledge of XML.

Thanks for the reply and since I don't really have a knowledge of XML I suppose I'll just have to stick to one at a time. heh.

I'd just like the NextWar to be included in all my games really.

Well it might be possible to put it's code inside the custom assets. Then it would be in every game.
