I think that the right person for the job is Cyc. He has been a voice of leadership and reason since the inception of our fine nation.

I hope that he will step up, in this our time of need, to volunteer for the position.

Consider this note a nomination for Cyc, and I hope he will accept the nomination.

Well....

As much as I'd like to just declare Cyc the Governor of province #6, I'm not sure how this should be handled. We need to have some sort of full cycle election for this. We can count this as his nomination, but would need to keep it open for any other nominations for a couple of days. Then we can have an election for all nominees.
