While I see this as sort of an oxymoron "A fully randomized historical scenario"...I'd still love to see it!

I mean you have already proven this is a whole new system based on the old Civ 4 mechanics and I think it would be fun to play on a random map with your new leaders, techs, units, civics, etc.

Will there be random map options in your upcoming RtW: Global Assault?

But a random map? Seems a bit odd for a historical scenario.
