If I am re-elected, I plan to rename one of my cities in the province. I have chosen the name 'Zon Phronzizko' (San Francisco in Amerian dialect). Will you accept the name change?

well i think if you use "Zon Phronzizko"it would be:
1)bad becuase i think that san francisco is a great name
and Zon Phronzizko doesnt sound very good

well, as ammendment nr2 in http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=23765 sais, this thing is up to council vote. but i dont know, it seems nobody voted yet. and the poll is closed. very strange. maybe you should ask the president or shaitan what should happen.
